Our ethos is to publish something for everyone; we put what readers want front and centre and aim to reach mass audiences who might be traditional book-buyers as well as those who might instead be entertainment consumers first and foremost.The successful candidate will be acquiring a range of titles for Sphere’s general fiction list, from zeitgeisty rom-coms to traditional women's and general fiction.
