The postholder will also have a light-touch remit for advocacy and networking across the broader Midlands.&nbsp;The post is about developing strategic and infrastructural support for an equitable creative health offer, rather than delivering projects. We want the postholder to bring together partners across Derbyshire to help us understand what the enablers and barriers to regional and local development are, and to develop and test systems that will make a positive difference. With committed support in place from local and national partners, this is an exciting opportunity to build on this momentum and create long-lasting change.&nbsp;To support this role we work with a range of local partners, including Arts Derbyshire and the Public Health team in Derbyshire County Council. We anticipate relationships with partners will evolve over the course of this role.&nbsp;The role is currently funded for one year, until the end of June 2026. Join the team behind the UK’s leading celebration of film and moving image as our Delegate Services Manager for the BFI London Film Festival.We are looking for a Delegate Services Manager who, working in partnership with the Director of Festivals, Business and Production and Filmmaker and Industry Services Manager, is responsible for the overall management of the delegate experience from sales of passes to ease of access to the Industry &amp; Professional programme both in venue and online.We are a cultural charity, a National Lottery distributor, and the UK’s lead organisation for film and the moving image. We share the stories of yesterday, search for the stories of today, and shape the stories of tomorrow.&nbsp;BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry &amp; Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival. &nbsp;Key responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Line-manage the Delegate Services team and Press and Industry Venue Coordinators as per the BFI’s Performance Management Scheme</li><li>Manage expenditure within budget available</li><li>Work with the Filmmaker and Industry Services Manager and Marketing Team to promote the sale of delegate passes and achieve income sales target</li><li>Work with the Senior Systems Co-ordinator to oversee all aspects of the delegate application, website and communication's system (Eventmaker).
