Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This 200-acre secure site has half a million square feet of stage space, production offices and workshops together with an exterior filming tank, one of the largest indoor heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and a 100 acre back-lot. WBSL has some of the largest sound stages in the UK and is proving to be a very popular facility for production clients.   
  
WB Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies. The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting &amp; Rigging rental division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.  
  
WBSL also have an onsite childcare facility available to WB employees and onsite productions called The WonderWorks.  
  
These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own and operate a production and post-production facility in the UK. 
 
The job: 
<ul>
<li>Providing support to our Client Services team, the role will ensure efficient service delivery to our clients and customers</li>
<li>The successful candidate will collate and disseminate information within the department and to Productions and tenants</li>
<li>This role provides a link between the Client Services and Operations teams to deliver excellent production experience</li>
</ul>
 
The Daily: 
Administration 
<ul>
<li>Receiving, processing and issuing incoming queries to the relevant parties to ensure a quick and efficient resolution of queries</li>
<li>Provide timely responses to our clients on the progress of their query</li>
<li>Assist with coordinating and conduction visits, events and tours to the Studios</li>
<li>Filing and maintaining records for Client Services and Operations  </li>
<li>To assist the team in the daily operation of the Studios  </li>
<li>Meet requirements for all WBSL functions to create an effective running Studio facility</li>
<li>To ensure that a high level of presentation is maintained in all areas of the Studio site</li>
<li>Any other duties which are appropriate to the post</li>
<li>Maintaining spreadsheets and bookings systems  </li>
</ul>
Stock 
<ul>
<li>Ensuring that mail is despatched in time for daily collections, and the sorting and distribution of incoming post</li>
<li>Monitoring of stationery supplies and ordering as required </li>
</ul>
People 
<ul>
<li>Assist Client Services and Operations with distribution of site information to all relevant parties on-site accurately and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Work within the team to consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service to all on and off-site clients</li>
<li>Welcome visitors to the department and direct them as appropriate</li>
</ul>

The Marketing and Box Office Assistant will have two main areas of responsibility: supporting marketing campaigns for self-promoted concerts at venues including London’s Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall and helping audience members to book tickets for these venues using the new ticketing system.
 
Responsibilities
Box Office

<li>Facilitating bookings by audience members – both on the phone and online</li>
<li>Liaising with the box office teams at concert venues</li>
<li>Working closely with the RPO Friends and Groups Manager to facilitate bookings from schools, groups and RPO Club Members</li>
<li>Setting up events on the new ticketing system</li>
<li>Learning about and maximising the potential of RPO's ticketing and customer relationship management system</li>

Marketing campaign implementation and administration

Working with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns for promotion performances
</li>

Creation of organic and paid for social media adverts

Helping with content creation including design, animation, photography and filming

Assisting the RPO Digital Marketing Manager with email marketing including the creation of emails, refining messaging, responding to analytics and use of the customer relationship management system to create targeted data lists

Working with the RPO Digital Content Coordinator to gain experience of working with a website content management system to ensure that the RPO website is accurate and up-to-date

Audience communications

We are looking for a Stage Door Keeper to provide an efficient and welcoming service to the public, artists, companies and staff visiting all three venues; Sadler’s Wells, Lilian Baylis Studio and the Peacock.
You will be a good communicator, able to deliver great customer service and offer a warm welcome. Previous experience of operating a switchboard or working on a reception is essential. You must also currently hold the right to work in the UK.
With plans underway for the development of a fourth venue in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this is an excellent opportunity to join Sadler’s Wells as it expands with potential for you to grow the role.
