They aim to be different, taking a data-led approach to planning and buying and to embrace technology at every turn.As a tech intern in this entry-level role, you will rotate between three different departments, being placed in each team for a period of four months. The teams will be Accountability and Performance, Effectiveness, and Tech Ops (digital).<ul><li>The Effectiveness team is made up of a head of effectiveness who manages projects to support the overall business. A senior effectiveness executive who you would work closely with to project manage measurement, agency sessions and campaign effectiveness.&nbsp;The team serve all areas of the business and all agency patches with clients spanning across all verticals from finance to fast-moving consumer goods.</li><li>IT Operations is a key function within Talon, ensuring the smooth performance of IT and business technologies so that business operations can proceed uninterrupted.
