The job:

<li>An entry-level professional plumber working under a licensed plumbing and heating engineer/supervisor to assist with tasks which include maintenance, modification, and installation of plumbing systems at WBSL</li>
<li>The plumbing apprentices provides support to full-fledge plumbers while ultimately improving their skill set which includes attending college to complete an industry recognised training course</li>

Plumbing & heating engineer apprentice (WBSL Reach)

The Line is looking for a project manager to join its team to manage the delivery of a programme of ambitious site-specific public art commissions co-produced with local people between 2022-2024.
The Line is London’s first dedicated art walk. The Line exists to connect communities and inspire individuals through an outdoor exhibition programme where everyone can enjoy art, nature and heritage for free. The route runs between Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and The O2, following the waterways and the line of the Greenwich Meridian.

This new series of commissions will be developed through community consultation and engagement, with all stages developed with local input. The project manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the commissioning process, from the conceptualisation and planning phase through to the fabrication and installation of each work. Working closely with The Line’s Co-Founder and Director and Senior Management Team, the project manager will also need to work closely with local authorities, landowners, community organisations and residents. Community engagement in the planning, design and implementation of projects is a central focus of the role and you will be required to work with a dedicated engagement coordinator on this.
The project manager will also support with the delivery of a new site-specific audio commission and additional exhibition programmes on the route.
 
Responsibilities
Collaborative planning and community engagement:
<ul>
<li>Work with representatives of the London Borough of Newham, project designers and architects, community organisations and residents to develop artist briefs in response to local interests and needs, as well as the practical constraints of each site</li>
<li>Establish effective systems and programmes for project tracking, reporting on and documenting feedback throughout the commissioning process</li>
<li>Build and maintain partnerships between artists, local authorities, community organisations and residents</li>

About the role

Who we are and what we do
Working with every department in the company, the Little, Brown Operations team have an overview of the entire publishing process. They ensure that all books flow from the moment of acquisition to the very end of their lives on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible. They run key company meetings and make sure that deadlines are met, book data feeds are correct, and they decide how many copies of each book to print, working hard to keep all titles in stock and available. If you are super organised and keen to get involved in all aspects of publishing, a role in Operations might be for you!

This role entails
As recruitment coordinator you’ll be a vital part of our team, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently for our hiring teams with a focus on providing excellent candidate experience throughout.
This is a fast paced and hugely varied role, covering a wide range of administrative duties and attraction initiatives. No two days will be the same, and your contributions will help us to provide a first class recruitment experience. 
 
Key responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinating our interview process for internal and external candidates (working with candidates/colleagues/hiring teams) and ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is maintained and updated throughout the process </li>
<li>Checking Right to Work documentation &amp; qualifications and ensuring these are stored and recorded correctly following general data protection regulation (GDPR) guidelines</li>
<li>Working with recruiters and senior resourcing managers to ensure that compliance is followed throughout the recruitment process</li>
<li>Preparing interview scripts for hiring teams and sharing candidate application info (CVs and cover letters) within agreed timeframes</li>
<li>Assisting with our entry level schemes, including helping to facilitate assessment centres and interviews</li>
<li>Supporting hiring teams will the administration of interview tasks - sending info out to candidates and collecting completed tasks ahead of interviews</li>
<li>Raising POs as required </li>
<li>Organising team meetings, sending out virtual invitations to join and booking meeting rooms where needed</li>
<li>Dealing with both candidate and hiring team queries effectively and efficiently, escalating where necessary</li>
<li>Contributing towards our social media activity (posting job adverts, sharing updates and team news, posting general content to generate engagement)</li>
<li>Contributing ideas to our talent attraction strategy led by the senior resourcing managers and recruiters</li>
</ul>
 
Minimum criteria
<ul>
<li>Experience of working with a wide range of people in a customer service focused role</li>
<li>Organised and meticulous approach to work, with the ability to keep on top of the administrative details that make the resourcing process run smoothly and professionally</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>A demonstrable passion for TV, ITV programming and our role at the heart of popular culture</li>

Recruitment coordinator

Salary: £31,470 per annum (pro rata) 
Hours: 28hours (4 days a week) or 35 hours (5 days a week). Let us know your preference in your application
Location: our office is at The Albany, Deptford, SE8 4AG. Some home working will be possible, as well as occasional support at performance and project venues

We are looking for a general manager (maternity cover) to join us in July 2022. Could that be you? 
The general manager (maternity cover) is responsible for managing Spare Tyre’s operations. Duties include administration, office management and day-to-day finances. The key tools we use are: Microsoft Office (such as Word and Excel), Outlook, SharePoint, Quickbooks, HubDoc, Lamplight, Zoom, Campaign Monitor.  
The exact start date in July is flexible to facilitate a handover period.
