We are excited to announce we are now looking for a recruitment administrator who will assist with the day-to-day administration relating to our recruitment team.
You'll play a key part in supporting candidates from under-represented groups to secure employment within the creative industries through dependable, solid support to the organisation. At the same time – through hands-on experience in our friendly and collaborative team – you'll gain valuable insight and skills needed to thrive in a social enterprise or recruitment team. 
 
What you'll learn

<li>How to use our candidate database (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Salesforce system, while assisting with data inputting – all essential tools of the trade.</li>
<li>Write engaging and inclusive job adverts and upload these to our website; how we present our opportunities is a key differentiator and a skill to be mastered. We’ll show you how to stand out in your ad copy writing</li>
<li>How to produce weekly and monthly reports for the team, collating data on registrations and roles at various stages</li>
<li>Support the evaluation report on intern cohorts</li>
<li>Assist with marketing and outreach to universities and youth organisations – talents resides in many places – you’ll learn how to find it and attract it using innovative techniques and methods</li>
<li>Answer enquiries from candidates via email</li>
<li>Provide admin support to the wider team – keeping things in order is a key aspect of a well-run recruitment function</li>
<li>Assist with recruitment data capture and analytics - the more we know about our candidates and employers the more value we can bring</li>
<li>Set up and schedule Zoom meetings/webinars – talking to people is a key aspect of recruitment, virtually or in person</li>
<li>Learn to offer and reject candidates for roles – being great at both is the sign of a professional recruiter</li>
<li>How to build your confidence and contribute your ideas as we reimagine and evolve the services we offer our partners</li>

The driving force of this internship will be to provide administrative and development support on a day-to-day basis to the NRTV Team.

Do you like the sound of supporting the day-to-day running of a gallery whilst getting the chance to assist each department, over the course of the 4 months?
Pace Gallery’s internship programme offers a structured, well-rounded learning experience to support career development and provide opportunities in the arts sector to people from under-represented backgrounds.
This internship offers a thorough insight into every aspect of the commercial gallery world, including sales, marketing, exhibitions, operations, shipping and art handling. This position is aimed at those who would like to gain experience across the workings of the gallery and who, in return, can offer a new and different perspective. The key requirements are an enthusiastic willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and a proactive personality. The gallery's aim is to attract people who might not have thought about working in the arts sector before or who have not yet had the opportunity to gain experience.

Curate a virtual exhibition!
Throughout the duration of the internship, there will be the opportunity to curate a virtual exhibition of any Pace artist of your choosing using the knowledge picked up whilst shadowing various departments. After developing a curatorial concept, you will design an exhibition from Pace Gallery’s internal artwork cataloguing software, either using Photoshop, SketchUp, or 3D models. The aim of this project is to collate the skills and information gained of all aspects of running a gallery, whilst also having room to focus on specific areas of greater interest. This will then be presented internally at the end of the four-month placement.
