BBC Studios’ Entertainment Unit in Bristol is looking for a production coordinator to join one of BBC’s flagship programmes - Countryfile.&nbsp;This long running weekly series films across the UK all year round, producing 52 episodes annually with a large team working across numerous elements.&nbsp;As production coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day to day running of the production, working closely with the JPM, Line Producer and editorial colleagues in a busy, fast-paced environment. You’ll confidently manage filming logistics, locations, and filming budgets for teams travelling across the UK, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently. With a large team and high volume of filming throughout the year, we’re looking for someone who can anticipate challenges, think on their feet, and bring strong problem-solving skills when plans change. &nbsp;PM team structure – LP, JPM, X4 coordinators, x3 PMA’s – filming all year round, working with the PM team covering an episode every 3 weeks.&nbsp; Knowledge, skills and experience<ul><li>Excellent logistical and organisation skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience setting up UK-based shoots, ensuring compliance</li><li>Confident in managing and forecasting budgets &amp; contributing to scheduling</li><li>Understanding of copyrights &amp; clearances processes, with the ability to escalate issues when required</li><li>A collaborative team player with strong communication skills</li><li>Commitment to supporting sustainability initiatives and helping Countryfile deliver on its environmental ambitions</li><li>Proactive in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, escalating concerns when needed</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of post-production processes</li></ul> We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.&nbsp;Please state in your application that you found this role through Creative Access.&nbsp;
