This is a varied role that mixes office management with hands-on production support, putting you right at the heart of how the agency runs.You’ll keep the office tidy and well-stocked, making sure the team has everything they need to work at their best. As part of this, you’ll, arrange weekly breakfasts and organise all-agency lunches or socials. You’ll also keep on top of supplies, noticing when food, drinks or stationery are running low and re-ordering as needed. You’ll work with the shooting director who has overall responsibility for the kit room, making sure all equipment is logged, charged and in good working order. Ahead of shoots, you’ll help prepare and pack the kit, double-checking nothing is missing and flagging anything that needs repairing or replacing.
