Producer, Good Chance Theatre
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Following the unprecedented success of The Jungle and The Walk, Good Chance are are bringing a new member full-time, permanent member into the Producing team, to work alongside our current Producer and Creative Producer as well as taking a lead on selected projects and productions during a significant period of artistic growth for the company. In 2023 The Jungle will tour again and a new play from Artistic Directors, Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson, will open. We will also be devising and developing a major nationwide participatory arts project in 2024.
Knowledge, skills, experience
- The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience developing new creative projects working closely with artists and producing major theatre productions, and be highly motivated and able to take a project from its earliest stages to fruition
- They will also have experience in general management and fundraising, with a passion for making art that pushes boundaries and tells new stories
- We’re looking for someone with a positive, collaborative attitude, a strong commitment to the arts and human rights with a wealth of energy, experience and networks, who can uphold the core values and company ethos of Good Chance.
