This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working with the full range of ITG's clients and with the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Administrative experience is key; some experience working within the creative industry would be beneficial but is not a necessity.&nbsp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Handling incoming emails and calls</li><li>Organising and maintaining the work in progress log, suggestion lists, client bios and headshots</li><li>Arranging&nbsp;logistics for client events</li><li>Managing the office diary</li><li>Liaising with other ITG departments regarding offers for their clients</li><li>Managing client paperwork including the sending out and tracking of contracts</li><li>Raising invoices, completing new supplier forms and tracking all incoming/outgoing payments for clients</li><li>Attending events with clients, both in the UK and abroad</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with ITG clients, speaker bureaux and convention contacts</li><li>Maintaining client information on the ITG Corporate webpage</li></ul> Knowledge, skills and experience<ul><li>Excellent organisational and logistical skills</li><li>An ability to multitask, problem solve and react quickly to ever-changing situations</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner</li><li>A working knowledge of the industry and a genuine interest in speaking and appearances.</li><li>A willingness to learn and develop in the role</li><li>Computer skills and ability to grasp basic software</li><li>Previous experience in invoicing would be a bonus</li></ul> Additional informationYou’ll primarily be based in our main office at Whitfield Street, normal office hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required.
