It will involve assisting both on a personal and talent management level and will primarily be desk based, working from a home attached office in London W7 with approx. 1 day per week working at a private members club or similar in Central London. &nbsp;The role is for an applicant who is driven to develop as a personal assistant and not a talent agent. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates or second jobbers. ResponsibilitiesAdministration<ul><li>Shadowing both work and personal emails of managing director</li><li>Agent support such as booking, billing and occasional casting of voiceovers</li><li>Finance tasks for agency and MD </li><li>Arranging gifts and cards</li><li>Booking meetings and tickets</li><li>Diary management</li><li>Researching</li><li>Office management and some household tasks</li><li>Composing marketing/sales emails</li><li>Editing showreels and video clips and collecting samples</li><li>Dealing with representation enquiries and ad hoc emails</li><li>Reading contracts</li><li>Keeping up to date with British TV drama and comedy</li><li>Arranging personal matters such as booking childcare, running errands, filing, unpredictable ad hoc duties, anything in order to assist the day-to-day life of the Managing Director</li><li>Social media posting</li><li>Website updates</li><li>Maintaining mailing lists</li></ul> What we're looking forEssential<ul><li>Can display confidence, excellent admin capabilities and&nbsp;strong&nbsp;organisational skills</li><li>Must be reliable, sociable and have a warm, cheerful email/phone manner</li><li>Strong attention to detail, good grammar, spelling&nbsp;and numeracy</li><li>An ability to work at speed and under pressure</li><li>A concise, clear, warm and cheerful writing style</li><li>Evidence of creativity, potentially with a&nbsp;background in design or literature</li><li>A keen and current interest in British Drama, Actors and Comedy</li><li>Experience in writing light hearted posts on social media </li><li>Able to prioritise tasks effectively </li><li>Initiative </li><li>Pro-activeness</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Commitment, enthusiasm, honesty and sensitivity</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Office experience </li><li>Previous work using iOs/Macs</li><li>An understanding of the TV &amp; advertising world would be helpful</li><li>An amusing Instagram tone - someone who can come up with interesting, light hearted and cheerful content</li><li>Knowing how to do MP3/MP4 edits, basic use of Photoshop, Canva / any design package, Mailchimp or similar</li></ul> We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.&nbsp;Please state in your application that you found this role through Creative Access.&nbsp;
