Closing date for applications: Friday 6th February 2026Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Location: London&nbsp;A dynamic role assisting actors and the Agents’ team with auditions, bookings, and day-to-day operations in a leading talent agency.&nbsp;Another exciting opening has arisen for an Agent’s assistant in our Actors Department. This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for a busy office and the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Previous experience working within the creative industry is required:&nbsp;What you'll be doing<ul><li>Handling incoming emails &amp; emails</li><li>Organising &amp; uploading client self tapes &amp; arranging&nbsp;auditions &amp; zooms.</li><li>Arranging ADR, overseeing press requests &amp;&nbsp;general logistics</li><li>Managing the office diary &amp; the client availability calendar</li><li>Managing client’s paperwork including the sending out &amp; tracking of contracts, logging jobs, raising invoices &amp; completing new starter forms</li><li>Arranging &amp; attending visits to the theatre &amp; screenings&nbsp;with casting directors</li><li>Reading and breaking down scripts to circulate with the rest of the department</li><li>Watching client’s work and cutting &amp; sourving&nbsp;showreel materials.</li><li>Collating clients reviews</li><li>Maintaining client information on the ITG website</li><li>Developing a knowledge of the leading casting directors, production companies and producers</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we are looking for<ul><li>Excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail</li><li>An ability to multitask, problem solve &amp; react quickly to ever-changing situations</li><li>Excellent communication skills and phone manner</li><li>A working knowledge of the industry and a genuine interest in theatre, film and television</li><li>A willingness to learn and develop in the role</li><li>Computer skills and ability to grasp basic software</li><li>Experience in handling short films, workshops, audio drama (such as radio and video games) and regional theatre is advantageous.</li></ul>&nbsp;You’ll primarily be based in our main office at Whitfield Street, normal office hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required.
