Stuck in the middle? Introducing our new mid-level recruitment services 

In our 2023 Thrive survey, 70% of our partners said they were intending to shift their focus from diversity at entry-level to mid-level and 70% of individuals in our community said they felt this was where organisations ought to now be focusing their efforts. From our daily conversations with our partners, we know there is a urgency to attract and hire more diverse talent at mid-levels but that many organisations find this challenging as it requires a wholesale re-think of your recruitment approach, where you need to:

  • “Fish” in new and different talent pools and take time to build a new talent pipeline 
  • Build an employer brand and culture that is inclusive and attractive to individuals from historically marginalised groups
