The story of Jump
Jump was started by eco entrepreneur Graham Simmonds in 2011 (initially as Green Rewards). Graham had built Trees for Cities from start-up to a global, award-winning charity, and whilst he loves his trees, Graham also has a passion for getting people to do positive things.
Whether its cutting plastics, energy saving or cycling to work, the founding vision was to motivate lots of positive actions by lots of people which all add up to a big cumulative impact. This vision is as true for Jump today as it was in 2011, and we’ve already helped companies, councils and universities boost positive steps for over half a million people.
In 2020, Jump became 100% employee-owned which means all our team now have a real stake in our future. It was a natural step for us and means we can really make the most of the strength in our team and drive engagement for our clients.
