We have a reputation for crafting strong and exciting campaigns and have a unique instinct for creative and innovative release strategies. Our theatrical releases have grossed over $100 million at the UK box office and we have won multiple awards for our campaigns.

Our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives include:

  • Notable contributions to the British Independent film landscape, including the support and celebration of diverse rising British talent both behind the camera and on the screen
  • Championing first-time female directors, including most recently Tina Satter for Reaity, Charlotte Colbert for She Will, Carlota Pereda for Piggy and Prano Bailey-Bond for Censor
  • Actively fostering a diverse slate of titles with an aim to highlight independent films from first-time directors, female directors and directors of colour (eg. IT LIVES INSIDE, REALITY and GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS as recent examples)
  • Internal schemes committed to recognising and supporting marginalised voices including regular unconscious bias training and Diversity and Inlcusion groups
  • Promoting an open, accessible and unprejudiced work environment with inclusive channels of communication and open-minded approaches to meetings and discussions
  • Fostering and cultivating pathways into the industry outside of established industry routes for individuals who wouldn’t otherwise be exposed to the film industry or have access/contacts
