Using Positive Action in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, we target people from communities that are historically under-represented in the creative industries and place hundreds of brilliant candidates into paid traineeships each year.

Unlike a commercial recruiter, our support continues with personalised career development through the Springboard programme of mentoring and training – ensuring individuals flourish once in post. Our flagship support programmes are proven to support career retention and progression.

Creative Access has built an engaged talent pipeline through 14 years of recruitment within the creative industries, and our mid-level community is a growing segment of our 165,000 strong network of candidates from mostly under-represented backgrounds.
