Creative Access Opportunities career site is published and operated by Access Media CIC with the following Terms and Conditions.
Information & Services
Information and services provided are:
Creative Access works directly with employers, not third party services (for example, agencies or recruitment consultancies).
For the users (applicant/candidate) looking for opportunities and career support.
- For employers seeking to fill vacancies and for additional recruitment services. This involves product services that have been agreed by both parties through ‘contract agreement’ or `paid for services’ (eg, opportunity listings, banners, newsletters, premium features)
Prices are confirmed for the duration stated on the employer product’s page and each listing is based on one individual opportunity. Prices are confidential and may not be disclosed to other parties.
An opportunity posted through the career site will remain live for up to 28 days. Any extension of the 28 days will be charged to the employer at an additional fee. If a customer deletes an opportunity and then either reposts or posts another, this will be classed as two opportunities or vacancies.
If any services to be used within any time period specified on the order form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent. The employer will be responsible for payment for any unused services.
Premium subscription definition
- Premium employer profile page providing extra features to promote additional content - refer to employer product’s page for more information.
- Purchase of more than 10 standard listing credits providing upgraded service including premium features.
Premium subscription terms are based on 12 month / 1 year unless stated otherwise.
All invoices are payable within 28 days from invoice date. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of services.
All prices quoted are excluding VAT and therefore VAT will be added to the total amount.
Termination by the employer before the end of the contract term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire contract term.
We may terminate the provision of services on the following:
- the employer is in material breach of these terms and conditions.
- the employer becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation.
The terms and conditions apply to all advertising material and content accepted by Creative Access for display on the website. Posting of any type of advertising means you accept the terms and conditions.
You are responsible for the content of the campaign and for ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. We may, at our discretion, edit the campaign without reference or liability. We set the standards on how roles are presented and displayed on the site. The purpose is to ensure that users who search for opportunities obtain best results and that opportunities are presented clearly.
Promotions and offerings
All promotions and incentives are based on a standard opportunity listing only and require a coupon code to be eligible.
If your opportunity links to your site from the 'apply now' facility, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement. We may remove any advertisement that contains links to a site that is defamatory or illegal. You will indemnify Creative Access from any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.
The Creative Access Opportunities careers site endeavours to be able to support as many users as possible. We cannot guarantee availability of the service through all browsers. Creative Access also requires jobseekers to enable cookies. We default to cookies but users can opt out at any time. (enabling permanent cookies is recommended)
