A dynamic role assisting actors and the Agents’ team with auditions, bookings, and day-to-day operations in a leading talent agency.
Another exciting opening has arisen for an Agent’s assistant in our Actors Department. This role is the ideal opportunity for someone excited by the challenge of working for a busy office and the skill set to adapt, learn and assist efficiently. Previous experience working within the creative industry is required:
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming emails & emails
- Organising & uploading client self tapes & arranging auditions & zooms.
- Arranging ADR, overseeing press requests & general logistics
- Managing the office diary & the client availability calendar
- Managing client’s paperwork including the sending out & tracking of contracts, logging jobs, raising invoices & completing new starter forms
- Arranging & attending visits to the theatre & screenings with casting directors
- Reading and breaking down scripts to circulate with the rest of the department
- Watching client’s work and cutting & sourving showreel materials.
- Collating clients reviews
- Maintaining client information on the ITG website
- Developing a knowledge of the leading casting directors, production companies and producers
Who we are looking for
- Excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail
- An ability to multitask, problem solve & react quickly to ever-changing situations
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A working knowledge of the industry and a genuine interest in theatre, film and television
- A willingness to learn and develop in the role
- Computer skills and ability to grasp basic software
- Experience in handling short films, workshops, audio drama (such as radio and video games) and regional theatre is advantageous.
You’ll primarily be based in our main office at Whitfield Street, normal office hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required. This role will include attendance at some evening events, both in London and the UK more widely.
