Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s we’ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities – day in, night out. The Assistant Producer role is focussed on supporting the delivery of the full artistic programme at the Roundhouse. A core part of the Artistic Programme team, you’ll work closely with the Producer, Associate Creative Producer, Festival Project Manager - Young People and Executive Producer to ensure the smooth-running and collaborative delivery of all events and programmes. This is a varied assistant producing and administrative role at the heart of a dynamic team working with colleagues across the Roundhouse, artists, their teams and our external partners, in order to facilitate and help bring together a series of unforgettable events and programmes in our Main Space and across the Roundhouse site. Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

The Assistant Producer role is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic person with a passion for the arts, culture and inclusion. This is a varied role and perfect for someone looking to get stuck in, to hone their producing skills and to learn about running a multi-arts artistic programme which champions the talent and creativity of young people alongside world-class artists.
