Want to help talented young people break into the creative industries? Lead impactful programmes that open doors and support their next steps into creative careers.
LSA is a sixth form academy for 16-19 year olds in London who have a passion for film and television and the stories they tell. At LSA, we do not believe that personal circumstances should ever be a barrier to any young person's ability to realise their potential and we are committed to ensuring the screen industries become more representative of London's population.
The careers and alumni programme manager will play a vital role in supporting LSA’s network of over 1,600 young people who have graduated from our courses and are building careers within the creative industries. We are looking for someone who understands the creative industries, understands the barriers young people face to entry and is passionate about creating programmes to remove these barriers.
In 2025 we developed a five year strategy, setting out our vision for LSA’s Alumni Programme and a number of key initiatives to empower our alumni to be a positive change in industry. The programme manager will be responsible for delivering a number of these initiatives as well as bringing their own ideas to the team.
