We're looking for a Commercial Operations Senior Executive to join our team in London as part of our Operation function.

You will become an integral part of our Operations Team supporting us to deliver an outstanding Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2025. Alongside the Head Of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that large-scale key festival partnerships are delivered efficiently, effectively and with the highest quality of customer care.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a number of key partnerships that take place during the festival week in various locations. This will include spaces for multiple partners, festival programmes and products that are driven by partnerships including large-scale activations for our growing client list.
  • Developing and maintaining operational processes for delivery of Partnerships within the festival footprint Management of the full delivery cycle of the partnerships. This will include but not be limited to: Venue sourcing
  • Supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
  • Ensuring all deliverables within the partnership are delivered and fulfilled
  • Raising POs & Budget management
  • Working closely with Partnerships, Procurement, Marketing and Content teams as appropriate
  • Developing solutions with client teams, based on briefs from the customer
  • Site visits & travel as required
