We are currently looking for a corporate partnerships officer to join on a permanent full time basis. As a corporate partnerships officer, you will look after some of our key relationships with corporate members, delivering core income to the overall team target. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic and driven team to research, identify, build and secure new corporate partnerships for a variety of Southbank Centre’s projects and creative output.
Responsibilities
- Account manage and deliver Southbank’s Corporate Memberships programme. From onboarding new members to the delivery of contracted benefits and renewing their partnerships, you will be the first point of contact for all members
- Support the corporate partnerships manager in managing and cultivating high value prospective corporate members and partners to deliver against the objectives, deepen the relationship and assist in collating/writing reports and increase long-term financial support
- Support the planning and management of events to steward corporate supporters and cultivate prospects
- Actively contribute and work with the team on lead generation activities, undertaking prospect research, producing due diligence reports and contributing to create engaging decks which respond to prospective partners’ priorities
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service/account management environment
- Can demonstrate ability to form good relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external contacts
- Enjoys pitching on the phone, video calls and in-person
- Can give examples of multitasking and working across various projects to tight deadlines
