Digital supply chain coordinator - DK digital product
Closing date for applications: 11th January 2026
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits
Are you a detail‑driven problem solver with a talent for keeping workflows running smoothly?
DK is the world's leading illustrated publisher and a member of the Penguin Random House division of Bertelsmann, creating cutting-edge design and stunning visual books for the whole family. We are passionate about inspiring curiosity and bring people to books through their thirst for knowledge.
DK is looking for a digital supply chain coordinator to join our global publishing operations team. This is a key role at the heart of our digital publishing process, ensuring our ebooks reach retailers worldwide on time, in the right format, and with flawless metadata. If you enjoy unravelling challenges, working with large datasets, and spotting and fixing issues before they become problems, this could be the perfect role for you. In this role, you’ll be the link between our publishing teams, technology providers, and retail partners, monitoring data feeds between our systems and online retailers, swiftly investigating and resolving any issues. You’ll upload and deliver ebook files, keep our catalogues accurate through regular audits, and respond to queries from across the business. You’ll also coordinate data releases to align with key announcements.
We’re looking for someone highly organised and resilient under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and clear, confident communication skills. You’ll have experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets and a methodical approach to problem solving. Knowledge of systems such as Biblio and CoreSource, ONIX metadata, or experience liaising with retailers would be an advantage, but most important is your technical aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
At DK, you’ll work with digital products that reach millions of readers, collaborate with passionate colleagues, and help shape processes that make a lasting impact. You’ll be involved in every stage, from initial file delivery through to publication, gaining a holistic view of how digital books are produced and delivered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in digital publishing and to play a crucial role in delivering DK’s award‑winning content to a worldwide audience. Working from the office a minimum of three days a week, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team environment. If you are motivated by process, efficiency, and precision, we encourage you to apply.
