What you'll be doing
As part of this role, you will:
- Support the Propositions Excellence team in their work on developing an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) learning pathway, testing training materials, frameworks and review scoring materials.
- Attending EDI content creation groups and contributing to the promotion of the Cambridge EDI/Sustainability guidelines and their application in our products
- Maintaining documentation, report writing and presentations to the Propositions group on recent findings
- Carrying out reviews of our content against the various frameworks to ensure we are adhering to our pledges
- Carrying out a review of the existing content accessibility guidance documentation in terms of format, terminology and clarity of purpose
