You will be an integral part of the close-knit, innovative Tor team, working on a wide range of speculative fiction. • Curiosity: A proactive willingness to learn new skills and processes, coupled with a genuine interest in seeking out diverse perspectives and a deeper understanding of the market.
  • Community: An aptitude for teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to act as a supportive, professional main point of contact for colleagues and external partners, contributing to an inclusive environment.
  • Integrity: A high level of accountability, honesty, and professionalism when managing critical administrative processes, confidential information, and essential publishing data.
  • Software/tools: Experience working with systems and tools such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, and Biblio.
