Schedule: Evenings, Monday - Sunday, with occasional weekend matinee work

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all event attendees
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with ticket scanning or registration
  • Direct guests inside the venue and assist with finding their seats
  • Hold a handheld Microphone for audience Q&A
  • Support with book signings and queues
  • Answer questions and provide information about the event, venue, and facilities
  • There will also be opportunities for ushers to be considered for additional paid opportunities


Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Good customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work evenings
  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • No uniform required
