Mischief Worldwide Ltd, is the company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong and The Goes Wrong Show. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team.

Mischief creates and manages original comedy across theatre, television and beyond, delighting audiences all over the world. From West End stages to international productions, our work is ambitious, inventive and meticulously organised behind the scenes. This is a key role at the heart of the company. You’ll provide first-class executive support while also helping keep our creative projects on track, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing high-quality executive support, including diary management, meetings, travel and hospitality for senior leaders
  • Preparing board and leadership meeting materials, including agendas, papers and minutes
  • Drafting, proofreading and managing professional correspondence
  • Supporting the development and delivery of creative projects by scheduling meetings, tracking progress and liaising with collaborators and partners
  • Handling financial administration such as expenses, petty cash and budget tracking

Previous experience supporting creative projects or practitioners would be an advantage.
