As an executive personal assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support to our creative director, producers, and head of production, managing diaries, coordinating events for Coronation Street, and ensuring seamless operations. This is your chance to work on the world's longest continuing drama!


Responsibilities

As an executive personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.

Key duties include:

  • Managing diaries, cast meetings, overseeing new artist transitions, handling writer payments and hotel bookings, coordinating conferences and social events for Coronation Street, and entertaining clients.


Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Knowledge of the industry (at least 3 months experience in the TV industry).
  • Excellent proven secretarial skills & high computer competence.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage a complex workload.
  • Demonstrate commitment, drive & enthusiasm.
  • Excellent understanding of production processes.
  • Able to quickly build a rapport with a diverse range of people.
  • Flexible approach to workload & working hours.
  • Experience organising corporate hospitality events.
  • Experience working in an administrative role (raising POs, booking travel, managing diaries etc.)
