Payment: £22,222 per annum (prorated for your 8-week internship)

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid ( 2 days per week in the office minimum)

Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed Term (8 weeks)

Placement dates: 14th July – 5th September 2025


In this role, you’ll manage and analyse data, create visual reports, and support impact evaluation projects to demonstrate the Cambridge University Press & Assessment's mission-led benefits.

In this role, you will support the Impact Team with impact evaluation work through managing and analysing data and performing administrative tasks to help the organisation demonstrate its mission-led benefits and provide evidence of its impact.


What you'll be doing

As part of this role, you will:

  • Support the impact evaluation team with survey production and management  
  • Assist with data management, including cleaning and analysis 
  • Effectively handle, annotate, and archive data files, ensuring proper organisation and data storage 
  • Analyse and interpret data gathered within the context of educational research projects (both quantitative and qualitative), using statistical relevant software 
  • Create visualisations, flowcharts, graphs and infographics to relay technical concepts and impact evaluation findings through visuals to relevant internal and external stakeholders 
  • Contribute to impact study reports 
  • Carry out administrative tasks for the Impact Team such as arranging meetings and taking meeting notes. 

What you'll bring

You will be familiar with data analysis techniques, both quantitative and qualitative. You will be working towards or will have a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. social sciences, education, data management or similar.
