The Hachette International Sales team is a high-performing, driven team working across 9 of our 10 publishing divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a fixed term.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Head of Sales for Europe, you will provide support to the European sales team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and processing orders
  • Creation of sales materials and reports for European sales trips
  • Admin cover for European team while reps are on trips/holiday
  • Gathering sales materials for specific customer requests
  • Running reports for monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Support for European wholesaler catalogue submissions throughout Q1 and Q2
  • Admin support for the wider open market team when required

We are looking for a proactive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. An element of admin experience would be helpful, as well as a basic knowledge of international sales.

The role will be based at our London or Sheffield office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
