Working hours: 3 days in the office (Mon, Wed, Thurs) and 2 days WFH (option to work in office Tues & Fri). 9.00 - 17.30

Take your first step into the marketing industry, supporting campaigns, activations and creative projects for leading sports and entertainment brands.

The Space Between is the challenger sports marketing agency for challenger brands, delivering strategy, creative, campaigns and partnerships to help brands accelerate growth through sport. It is set up to work with brands and rights holders who share that mentality. The LAUNCHPAD internship is for people who want to break into the marketing industry, have a creative mind or want to work for a fast growth, dynamic, creative agency focused in sport and entertainment. Key activities

  • Being part of account teams and supporting with essential account admin (client reports, presentations, briefs, etc), and research.
  • Supporting on PR tasks including drafting copy, preparing media lists and pitching to media.
  • Helping prepare for creative brainstorms and contributing creative ideas.
  • Supporting at client event activations, content shoots and influencer or talent appearances.

What you will learn

  • This is a role that will give you experience working with brand and sports clients, giving you experience in activation, PR, events, content and sponsorship strategy.
  • You will get to know everyone and learn from the whole agency as part of a small team (c. 20 people), including the three co-founders.
  • You will learn the principles of client-servicing and account management by being embedded within client account teams.
  • You will meet clients and be given the opportunity to take ownership of some project responsibilities.
  • Your line manager will set KPIs for the internship when you join, to give you clarity on your development goals, which will be reviewed at intervals through the internship.

What we are looking for

  • A genuine desire to break into the marketing industry and work with a dynamic creative agency with a focus on sports and entertainment.
  • Some proof points of an interest in marketing, advertising, PR and creativity would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of sport is a bonus, not a core requirement, but an interest in sport is certainly helpful.
