Help keep creative projects on track by managing schedules, coordinating teams and supporting the delivery of entertainment and gaming campaigns.

Reach is a full-service creative agency specialising in the entertainment industries. Our authentic, content-first approach and obsession with quality have earned us partnerships with brands including Lionsgate, Netflix, Studiocanal, Sky and PlayStation.

We’re looking for a Junior Production Coordinator to join our team in Bath. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ropes of production coordination inside a busy, creatively led agency, and grow into an integral part of the team.

Working as part of our studio team, you will help manage production schedules across our gaming and entertainment portfolio. You’ll work directly with our senior production coordinator and client services team, taking ownership of internal and external resources, contributing to the running of large accounts, and working closely with our creative team to ensure everything runs smoothly, to time and budget. You’ll have a sixth sense for projects dropping unexpectedly, and will intrinsically understand the time tasks take so you can plan accordingly. You’ll be able to roll with the punches – approaching the daily challenge of changing plans with a “can-do” attitude. Organisational skills and calmness under pressure are must haves.

You should be excited to work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, and eager to support the team to deliver some incredible work.

The role is full-time from our Bath office. We believe the most effective way for early-career designers to develop their skills is by working in person alongside the team, so we are not accepting remote applications for this position.

  • Monitor project progress and flag risks, bottlenecks, or capacity issues early
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in production processes and scheduling efficiency
  • Managing communication across Slack, email and Asana

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a creative agency, production environment, or fast-paced team (preferred but not essential)

  • Clear and professional communicator, comfortable working across production, creative, and client services teams
  • Good working knowledge of production or project management workflows in a creative environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to chase updates and keep projects moving
