Salary: £29,000+ dependent on experience and location (+bonus +benefits)

Location: This role can be based at our London office, or at any of our regional offices in Sheffield, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester or Bristol, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week. OR The role will be based at our London or Sheffield office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.

Work on international publishing projects, coordinating special sales and custom publishing opportunities across global markets.

What you'll be doing

Our International business development teams sits in the wider Non Trade team working across Group. We sell custom publishing and maximise special sales opportunities globally, working with our sister companies and external customers. This role will give the successful candidate access to working with a wide range of teams, projects and brands across Group working in creative and innovative ways. From supporting on custom projects specifically for retailers to building run on's across global markets this is varied and exciting role at a time of increased growth and focus.

  • You will be managing publishing projects from order to delivery, co-ordinating costings, schedules and orders
  • Be the main point of contact for our sister companies and internal international sales colleagues for special sales runs ensuring projects are communicated in a timely manner
  • Sales and administration support for the business development team, preparing sales material and researching new opportunities and products.
  • Harnessing our internal processes to ensure opportunities are maximised across all markets

Who we are looking for

  • Detail orientated and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Creative with an eye for commercial and business development opportunities
  • Confident communicator with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ideally with some experience of non trade and/or international sales
  • Flexible with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
  • Commercially aware and proactive
