Want to break into sport, PR and marketing? This internship offers hands-on experience working on creative campaigns for incredible clients while learning from a dynamic team.

The Space Between is the challenger sports marketing agency for challenger brands, delivering strategy, creative, campaigns and partnerships to help brands accelerate growth through sport. It is set up to work with brands and rights holders who share that mentality. This mindset is at the heart of how The Space Between (TSB) works and is why it operates as a hybrid agency, combining the consistency of a specialist core team with the power of a collective of diverse thinkers.

The Space Between takes a challenger mindset into its work and culture. It respects, appreciates, and celebrates difference because, as Benjamin Franklin once said, “If everyone is thinking alike, then no one is thinking.” That’s why it created LAUNCHPAD, an internship scheme for passionate, diverse people from communities under-represented in the sports industry looking for a career break.

The LAUNCHPAD internship is for people who want to break into the industry, have a creative mind or want to work for a fast growth, dynamic, creative agency. This year they're looking for someone with an interest and passion for media and PR, to support client teams developing and executing PR and marketing campaigns. If this is you, and you want the chance to work with incredible clients like Vitality, ECB, Under Armour and PREM Rugby, then please apply.
