Play a key role behind the scenes at the BFI London Film Festival, supporting venues, filmmakers and festival activity.

BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

We are looking for 2x Venue Coordinators (Royal Festival Hall) and1x Hotel Venue Coordinator to act as the central point of contact on-site for all filmmaker/programme related Festival activity for BFI staff and partner cinema management or our partner hotel.

What you’ll do

  • To act as one of two central points of contact on-site for all Festival activity for BFI staff and Southbank Centre management, or be the sole contact for Festival Guests and LFF staff our partner hotel.
  • Acting as face of the festival at your assigned LFF partner venue for cinema management and staff, maintain good relationships with the venues.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrable and significant previous administrative and operational experience gained within a cultural organisation in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with other departments and with external clients/partners and service providers.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organisations, and to communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels
