Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Overall development, organisation and documentation of BIM strategy and implementation</li><li>Support all staff in their architectural design &amp; delivery work, monitoring and assisting with the BIM requirements during the design development and delivery stages of all projects</li><li>Oversee BIM project set up for all projects</li><li>Creation and maintenance of software templates to assure standards</li><li>Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit, monitor and evaluate latest CAD &amp; BIM developments, identify new BIM techniques to improve quality or efficiency</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshoot day to day issues with the team</li><li>Provide regular BIM training and CPD sessions</li><li>Ensure project &amp; office systems &amp; procedures meet latest BIM Standards</li><li>Regularly update the BIM Manual in relation to BIM procedures and standards and BIM library</li><li>Review and monitor BIM activities against insurers requirements.</li></ul>&nbsp;Knowledge, skills and experienceThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with the following experience:<ul><li>2 years post qualification work experience in an architectural practice</li><li>Experience of preparing BIM protocols and project execution plans.</li><li>Detailed knowledge and experience of Revit and associated software with strong expertise in BIM model management</li><li>Detailed knowledge of current BIM requirements</li><li>Be able to successfully produce and manage complex 2D, 3D CAD &amp; BIM protocols and project execution plans</li><li>Experience of Dynamo scripting for task automation and process optimisation.</li><li>Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection and model review.</li><li>Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document and model management.</li><li>Strong ability to export, analyse, and visualize BIM data using Excel and Power BI.</li><li>Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 standards; certification is a plus.</li><li>Ability to leverage Revit plugins and workflows to improve efficiency.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and a proactive approach to BIM coordination.</li></ul> Please forward your CV along with cover letter to&nbsp;the email address found via the Apply button.We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.Please make sure that you state in your application that you found this role via Creative Access.
