
Part-time production coordinator

Contract: 6 months PAYE, from late September/early October 2025 to March 2026 (3 days per week)
Location: Bristol-based, with a minimum of one day per week in the Bridgewater House office (BS1)

BBC Studios Entertainment are looking for a part-time production coordinator to work on BBC 1’s flagship series, Countryfile. This role focuses exclusively on managing the post-production paperwork for Countryfile, a year-round series airing weekly. It’s a key position requiring strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with
- Proven experience in post-production paperwork including Silvermouse
- Knowledge of archive and copyright clearances, Albert tracking and completing all broadcaster paperwork deliverables
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance
