Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2 days per week in the office minimum)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed Term (8 weeks)

As a People & Culture co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation and delivery of various initiatives and events within our People & Culture department. This will promote the product & services available that enables Cambridge University Press & Assessment to be a great place to work. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on our organisation.
What you'll be doing
As part of this role, you will:
- Assist in the planning and execution of People & Culture events and activities to promote our products and services.
- Support the development of materials and resources for sessions.
- Manage and coordinate the Change Management Academy.
- Develop and deliver learning programs and workshops.
