
PMO analyst (12 month FTC)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience (+bonus +benefits)
Location: The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
This is an exciting fixed-term role for a detailed project manager with strong working knowledge of Monday.com and experience delivering intricate IT projects.

What you'll be doing
As a PMO Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects.
- You'll ensure effective governance by monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation to keep everything aligned with set objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- You'll help facilitate communication across project teams, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- You will play a key role in championing in our project management tools.
- Additionally, you'll play a key role in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Who we are looking for
- We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Monday.com and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also very important in this role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you'll be interacting with teams at all levels of the organisation.
- We're seeking someone with analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying potential risks and issues and proposing effective solutions.
- You should be able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you'll need to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic project setting
