BBC Studios’ Gardeners’ World – the UK’s best-loved gardening programme – is looking for a post production paperwork & sustainability production coordinator to join our production management team. Produced by BBC Studios in Bristol, it is a high-end, formatted magazine show, working with a large team of presenters led my Monty Don. Gardeners’ World films across the UK and at our Longmeadow location.

This role focuses exclusively on managing the post-production paperwork and clearances for Gardeners’ World. It’s a key position requiring strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The role will also include a focus on sustainability on the production, including Albert paperwork.

Knowledge, skills & experience

• Proven experience in post-production paperwork including Silvermouse
• Knowledge of archive and copyright clearances
• Completing all broadcaster paperwork deliverables
• The ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance
• Driving sustainability initiatives & improvements across Production
• Responsible for implementing Green Memo and ensuring initiatives are met
• Demonstrate the ability to compile and track complex data for sustainability tracking
• Experience in ensuring productions meet Albert certification requirements
