The purpose of this role is to support all actors, musicians and creatives travel, accommodation, visas, expenses etc. and co-ordinating this across producing, casting, music, stage management, company administration and the New Work Department. You will also be working closely with the Company Administration Manager, Company and Music Coordinator, Producers and Producing Coordinator and Planning and Producing Coordinator to support all visiting artists. As well as this, you will be required to provide additional support to the Company Administration Manager and deputise for the Company and Music Coordinator as required.


Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Company and Music Coordinator to coordinate the onboarding process for actors, musicians, singers and creative team.
  • Arranging and booking travel, accommodation as required for all visiting artists including writers, creative team members, actors and musicians.
  • Creating itineraries and welcome packs for visiting artists as required.
  • Supporting the Company and Music Coordinator with processing the weekly actor payroll.
  • Collating and processing expenses claims and invoices for payment.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong office administration experience gained in a busy environment, preferably in the theatre/creative sector.
  • Confidence in working with artists and creatives, preferably with experience of working with artists and creatives in a previous role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of implementing and streamlining administrative processes.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise way.
