Location: The role will be based at our London office, Carmelite House, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Production team in a varied and creative role, offering an opportunity to work across a range of titles from initial concept to delivery on our award-winning Non-Fiction lists.


Who we are looking for

  • The ideal candidate will be a Production Manager or experienced Senior Production Controller with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’ll be highly organised, work well under pressure and able to demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of working on colour and mono books, as well as handling complex projects.
  • You’ll be comfortable in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and coordinating the day-to-day running of a busy list.
  • You will be a proactive, solutions-focused team player who can build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers alike.
  • As well as managing a busy list, you will provide support and training to your direct line report
