Production & operations assistant (Voice in Games)
Salary range: £20,000 (20 hours a week)
This role is about keeping things flowing.
We work in voice production for games — a space where stories come alive through characters, performances, and rich, believable worlds. It’s deeply creative, often fast-paced, and not always predictable. Things change. Challenges come up. That’s just part of the job.
Because of that, we keep our culture simple: no drama, just courtesy and pragmatism. We don’t have time for ego or chaos.
We value people who can stay cool under pressure, communicate clearly, and help bring shape to the creative storm — not add to it.
Whether it’s navigating shifting scripts, last-minute casting changes, or tight deadlines, we rely on calm, kind, capable people who know how to solve problems and keep things moving. That’s what keeps the work fun, the team strong, and the stories great.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone to hold the threads together. Not just as an administrator, but as a collaborator. Someone who can keep track of what’s happening, what’s needed, who’s where, and when.
It’s a job for someone organised, sure. But more than that – someone who cares. About people. About the process. About making things happen without fanfare and knowing the value of the quiet work behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping voice projects on track – from first conversation to final delivery
- Booking studios, actors, directors – making the right people available at the right time
- Talking to agents – managing schedules, building relationships, keeping things smooth
- Looking after diaries
- Making sure everyone has what they need during production
- Tracking budgets, answering accountant questions
- Being the steady hand behind the scenes when things get busy
What we’re looking for:
- You know how to get things done
- You’re good with people – whether that’s actors, agents, accountants, or clients
- You’re confident with spreadsheets, schedules, and systems
- You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder – you’re self-motivated and dependable
- You can hold multiple things in your head
- You care about the work – and the people doing it
- Relevant experience: Facility Bookings or Talent Agent’s Assistant
This isn’t just admin...
