Play a key role in expanding theatre access through expert project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Supporting the delivery of the National Theatre Collection and the overarching digital strategy, this role is responsible for operational delivery of the NT Collection and its assets. Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, they will be the customer-facing voice of the NT Collection.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end operations of the NT Collection, ensuring all files, resources and deliverables are onboarded with project timelines.
  • Act as main point of contact for operations with external partners and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager by actioning research insights and delivering regular surveys and reporting.
  • Provide support to the NT Learning department with learning projects and teacher engagement work.
  • Coordinate across internal departments to adapt and edit document learning resources and create templates for delivery.
  • Act as liaison with schools and teachers who engage with the NT Collection.
  • Liaise with the marketing department and advise on campaigns to increase Collection subscribers, including preparing the NT Collection newsletter.
  • Assist with promoting the NT Collection on social channels, including TikTok, to engage with the learning community.
  • Manage the content on the public facing NT Collection webpage.
  • Support the Project Manager with actioning qualitative research with teachers, academics and learners as required.
  • Grow the NT’s engagement and relationships with the wider industry, including opportunities at conferences functions and continuous professional development sessions for both schools and the EdTech sector.
  • Maintain and support good working relationships with all third-party stakeholders, including by dealing with queries and providing paperwork and programme-related material as required.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with other departments across the organisation including Learning, Marketing, Director’s Office, Finance and creative departments.
  • Support the Project Manager and Digital directorate in their work as required.
  • Contribute into the overall strategy for the department and support successful delivery of projects.
  • Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Project management/coordination experience.
  • Demonstrable organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management.
  • Experience in creative industry, preferably theatre or streaming.
  • Passionate about social good and 'mission' based projects, preferably in education.
