Are you an experienced project manager with knowledge of arts, culture and the creative industries?

We are looking for a Project Manager to facilitate the operations of the planning, development and execution of a large-scale feasibility study at the RSC centred on historically underrepresented voices, exploring the future of creative practice and the development of a permanent centre. As the first-line point for communication for our ambitious programme of innovation, research and creative projects, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of complicated projects involving multiple internal and external international stakeholders.

This position is based in a creative department where building positive interpersonal relationships and a sense of belonging for participants is essential. A key component to the larger centre feasibility study, the annual year-long RSC Interdisciplinary Fellowship (RSC IF) fosters inclusive, resonant, and inspired culture through thought stewardship, knowledge exchange, and creative community. RSC IF brings together an intentional community of artists, researchers, and cultural workers responding to the cultural and societal change needs of the performing arts sector and beyond.
