We’ve teamed up with NYX Professional Makeup and UK Black Pride to bring you a free webinar series and networking event celebrating queer, trans and intersex people of colour (QTIPOC), as part of NYX Professional Makeup’s Proudly Pro-You brand cause.

Join us to hear from inspiring QTIPOC speakers, explore themes like leadership, resilience & career growth and connect with a supportive community. Webinars will spotlight both sector-specific perspectives and broader themes including leadership, resilience and networking skills.

If you are a QTIPOC professional or starting out on your career journey, get ready to level up with practical strategies, inspiring discussion and a fun, supportive community of like-minded professionals.

What to expect

The Proudly Pro-You series includes eight webinars for QTIPOC individuals followed by an in-person networking event in London. In each webinar, inspiring expert speakers will share their insights. Each session will have a Q&A session at the end. You will be able to submit your questions live on zoom. The webinar series will be followed by an in-person networking event for QTIPOC individuals looking to build connections. This will be hosted in central London in October 2025.

Explore coping strategies from experts including Ajay Pabial (DEI Consultant), Rita Hirawi (CEO, MindOut) and Zayna Brookhouse (Intersectional Therapist) for managing mental health in a rapidly changing world. Delegates will learn the importance of self and collective care and explore tips for sustaining emotional health.
