This is an opportunity to learn about and experience the workings of a major agency representing actors, writers, producers, directors, social talent and more.

Independent Talent Group, the UK’s leading talent agency, are looking for a bright, energetic and capable individual to join our team as a runner.

No previous experience required but applicants must have a passion for the entertainment industry, be organised, proactive and a strong communicator. They should be IT literate with a confident phone manner, motivated and keen to get stuck in! Our runners often progress to become assistants.


Responsibilities

  • Collating and distributing daily reviews
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Updating client information on the company website and IMDBpro
  • Monitoring and maintaining stationery
  • Keeping kitchens stocked
  • Twice daily post/parcel runs within Fitzrovia/Soho
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks relating to the day to day running of the office
  • Covering assistants’ desks on an ad hoc basis
  • Assisting ITG's social media team
  • Reading scripts and writing breakdowns to share with the team
  • Editing showreels / clients' work using iMovie
  • Liaising with the Accounts department to assist with filing and admin support
  • Dealing with fan mail and incoming post and gifts for clients
  • Organising couriers
