
Sales operations administrator, Bloomsbury Professional & Digital Resources
Contract type: The role is a full-time, permanent position
Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,700

We are looking for a new Sales Operations Administrator, who is a self-starter and is excited by the entrepreneurial nature of Bloomsbury Publishing.
Our goal is to develop and implement strategies that ensure operational efficiency across the Bloomsbury Digital Resources and Professional sales and marketing teams, as well as providing support to the management team via sales reporting and analysis.
The role will work across Bloomsbury Professional and Digital Resources, working closely with and reporting into the Associate Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Associate Sales Operations Manager
- Creation and distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports
- Point of contact with third-party invoicing partner, filtering and distributing queries
- Beta testing new processes and systems
- Creation of trial products and Dashboard maintenance in Salesforce
- Tracking and reporting of a broad range of sales data and Key Performance Indicators
- Sales support as needed
- Overseeing internal inboxes, circulating useful information to the sales teams
- Systems used: Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Biblio, Outlook, among others.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- A confident, creative, collaborative person with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams
- Experience using Salesforce and Tableau would be helpful but not essential
The role is based at our Oxford office, Kemp House, Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9PH
There is a hybrid-working pattern of 2 days office based / 3 days home based (or fully office based if preferred). Allocated office days for this role are: Wednesday and Thursday
