We are looking for a senior talent acquisition advisor to work, primarily, with our Drama, Comedy and Kids & Family businesses. This role would suit an experienced TV professional with a demonstrable understanding of drama, the market and experience of building teams in this genre.

BBC Studios Global Talent Team are the conduit between production and talent. We find bold, exciting talent to make and champion some of the world’s most sought-after, iconic titles. We are relentless and obsessive about seeking out the best talent. We constantly look to discover fresh, raw talent, as well as attracting some of the industry’s most accomplished talent to lead and drive projects that represent and challenge the world we live in.

We have the unique privilege to be able to say we keep the best company in the business. We bring people together from different backgrounds, cultures and races to positively shape content and inform audiences from a range of perspectives and points of view. We proudly partner with productions and the business to help create a fair, open and inclusive culture.

This role is a brilliant blend of sourcing and hiring talent, and supporting leaders to build teams that deliver the quality synonymous with the BBC Studios brand. Responsible for band A-C roles you will own the end-to-end recruitment process; crafting compelling campaign copy, proactively seeking out candidates rather than relying on who applies, and supporting the business through assessments.

You will map markets and build networks across areas such as editorial, production management and development. Naturally curious, you will enjoy speaking to people and hearing their stories, and be passionately committed to identifying raw talent and matching skills, knowledge, experience and interests to opportunities.

A valued partner to the business, you will work strategically – striving to keep ahead of demand rather than working in reaction to it, and confidently challenging situations that don’t align with our values and purpose. You will embrace the opportunity to represent BBC Studios and the business areas you cover by running and attending events, sharing expert knowledge, representing your genres on social media, and adopting a creative, flexible, determined approach to finding and hiring best talent.
