SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Thursday 24th April 2025

Thank you for your interest in the SevenUp programme from CrewHQ, a training and skills initiative from Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, the heart of studio production in the UK and providing opportunities for 4 week paid placements on Warner Bros. Television, HBO and Warner Bros. Features.

SevenUp was created to address significant barriers into film production. CrewHQ recognise that the industry can be inaccessible for many reason. Sometimes these barriers can make it difficult to advance in your chose department.

For existing crew, the criteria is that you must have 5 years experience in film production, and at least two credits in your current role. Following this application process, the seven selected participants for the existing crew component of the programme will participate in a round table to discuss barriers in industry and meet with HODs on our productions, before taking part in four weeks of paid placement shadowing HODs to better understand the skills and work that goes into being a HOD in studio production and to better understand the bigger picture on some of our biggest HETV and Film franchises. We also request that after some mentorship training, each selected participant would mentor the seven early entrants who will also be participating in this programme.

To help us select our final seven we will ask a few questions (via the Apply button) as an expression of interest. We also request that you upload your CV, and fill in the separate Equal Opportunities form which allows us to understand who we’re reaching for this programme. Please note, after submitting, you may need to wait for the page to refresh. You’ll then be directed to the diversity data page.

There will also be an opportunity for you to submit any additional materials, e.g: photographs of props or costumes you’ve created etc, that will help us better assess your area of expertise.

Please include in your application that you found this role through Creative Access.
